Dreams & Fortune is operated by Bullhead Entertainment, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit, enroll in, purchase from, or otherwise interact with the Dreams & Fortune school and its courses.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the School, we may collect information such as your name, email address, account information, course enrollment and progress, comments or other information you voluntarily provide.

We may also receive technical information related to your use of the School, such as device, browser, IP address, cookies, and usage information through Teachable and other service providers.

When you make a purchase, payment information is processed through Teachable Payments and Stripe. We do not directly store your full credit or debit card number.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • provide access to courses and digital resources;
  • process purchases and manage enrollment;
  • provide customer service and respond to questions;
  • maintain and improve the School and student experience;
  • send important course, account, purchase, or service-related communications;
  • send marketing or educational emails when you have chosen to receive them;
  • prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. Transactional or account-related emails may still be sent when necessary to provide the services you purchased.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate the School and provide our products and services.

Teachable hosts the School, course materials, student accounts, and related functionality. Teachable has its own privacy practices governing information it processes through its platform.

Stripe / Teachable Payments processes payments and related transaction information.

MailerLite may be used to manage email subscribers, send email communications, and measure engagement with those communications, such as email opens, link clicks, and conversions.

Skool may be used to provide access to the Dreams & Fortune community for students or members who choose or are eligible to participate. Skool may process account and community information in connection with that service.

These providers have their own privacy policies and practices.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Teachable and other service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the School, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage, and improve services. Teachable also provides cookie controls on applicable checkout pages.

Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the School, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and improve our products and services. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect information about your interactions with the School, such as pages viewed, purchases, and device or browser information. We may also use tracking parameters and information from our email service provider to understand whether email campaigns result in visits, enrollments, or purchases.

Meta Pixel may be used to measure advertising performance, understand visitor activity, and create or improve advertising audiences.

You may contact us to ask about personal information we maintain about you or to request that information be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable law and any information we are required to retain for legitimate business, tax, legal, or security purposes.

You may also manage certain account information directly through your Teachable account.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, together with the security features provided by the platforms and service providers we use, to help protect personal information. However, no online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The School and its products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
