These Terms of Use govern your access to Dreams & Fortune, operated by Bullhead Entertainment, LLC, including its courses, digital materials, community benefits, and related services.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using any Dreams & Fortune product or service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose
All Dreams & Fortune courses, videos, journals, exercises, and other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided through Dreams & Fortune constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological, or gambling advice.
We do not guarantee any particular financial result, lottery win, manifestation outcome, personal breakthrough, or other result from using the materials.
If you choose to participate in any form of gambling or lottery play, always do so responsibly and never spend more than you can afford to lose.
2. Age Requirement
Dreams & Fortune products are intended for adults age 18 and older.
3. Personal Use License
When you purchase a course or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own individual use.
Unless we provide written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publicly display, publish, record, copy, upload, or commercially exploit any course videos, PDFs, journals, downloads, graphics, or other materials.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
4. Intellectual Property
All original Dreams & Fortune content, including course materials, videos, written materials, graphics, downloads, branding, and other original content, is owned by Bullhead Entertainment, LLC or used with permission and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
5. Course Access
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, a one-time course purchase provides lifetime access to that course, subject to the continued operation of the platform and these Terms.”
We may update, modify, reorganize, or improve course materials over time.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution of course content.
6. Community Access
Some purchases may include temporary or ongoing access to a third-party community platform such as Skool.
Community access may be subject to additional platform rules and may be removed for harassment, spam, abuse, unauthorized promotion, illegal activity, infringement of intellectual property, or other conduct that materially interferes with the community.
7. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, refunds for course purchases are governed by the applicable Teachable refund policy.
For purchases processed through Teachable Payments, Teachable’s current standard policy provides a 14-day refund window from the initial course payment.
Refund requests should be submitted through the contact information provided by Dreams & Fortune or through the applicable Teachable process.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Individual experiences vary. Testimonials, personal stories, interviews, examples, or discussions of outcomes are not promises or guarantees that you will experience the same result.
Your decisions, actions, circumstances, and results remain your own responsibility.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Dreams & Fortune may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including Teachable, Stripe, MailerLite, Skool, Google, Meta, and other providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or independent actions of third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dreams & Fortune products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the School, courses, materials, or third-party services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bullhead Entertainment, LLC and Dreams & Fortune will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the School, courses, materials, or related services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Continued use of the School after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
